PicaGrid is in early access. This page is not an approved final privacy policy. It records the current product data categories so early users understand what the application needs in order to run. For privacy questions before onboarding an organisation, contact hello@picagrid.com.
Current product data categories
- Account and authentication details used to provide access.
- Publication, issue, story, image, comment, layout, and export-setting data created by users.
- Setup-help and support request details submitted through the public forms.
- Operational diagnostics needed to keep the service working.
Early-access note
Legal entity details, hosting/subprocessor list, retention periods, data-subject request workflow, and school-specific data-processing terms still need owner/legal approval before this can be treated as a final policy.
