What is PicaGrid?

A layout workspace built for newspaper teams

PicaGrid is a browser-based layout editor built specifically for newspapers. Create issues, add stories, place images, arrange columns, reuse templates, and export finished publication PDFs from one workspace.

Newspaper-first layout

Work with pages, columns, headlines, images, captions, and reusable newspaper templates.

Browser-based workflow

Students and editors can work without installing professional desktop publishing software.

Finished PDF export

Export finished issues as PDFs for printing, sharing, or archiving.

The real problem

Newspaper layout should not require a design degree

Most school newspaper teams end up juggling tools that were not built for newspaper production.

PicaGrid brings the entire issue into one browser-based layout workspace.

How PicaGrid works

01

02
